MENU SELECTIONS

New England Chicken Salad
Chicken on a bed of Romaine and kale topped with dried cranberry, red onion, crispy farro, goat cheese, candied pecans and a Champagne vinaigrette on the side  (Choose without Chicken for a vegetarian option)

Beet Salad with Chicken
Grilled chicken breast served on a salad of baby greens, red beets, goat cheese, cherry tomatoes and toasted almonds. Sherry vinaigrette on the side. (Choose without Chicken for a vegetarian option)

Tavern Burger
Angus beef cooked well done topped with bacon, house pickles, iceberg lettuce and Green Dragon Tavern spread on the side served with garlic parmesan fries

Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Sweet Potato Fries
Grilled chicken on a wheat bun with smashed avocado, caramelized onion, iceberg lettuce, tarragon aioli and pepper jack cheese served with a side of jalapeño sweet potato fried with candied pecans.

Pretzel Bites and Side Salad
Rounds of pretzels with rock salt served with house stone ground mustard and beer cheese served with a mixed green side salad. Balsamic vinaigrette on the side.
